Finance Committee

The Finance Committee provides fiscal direction and responsibility to the NADCA Board of Directors.
Responsibilities include:
• Review of the annual budget
• Review of Quarterly Financial Statements and Reports
• Selection of independent auditor and review of annual audit
• Recommendations and review of investments and investment policy
• Recommendations for NADCA fee structure and review policy
